Erik Rosenstrauch

The spark behind FUEL Partnerships is President and CEO, Erik D. Rosenstrauch. Erik is a proven industry leader with more than two decades of experience in consumer products and retail marketing. Erik’s road to retail marketing began at an early age in Harrisburg, PA. He learned the consumer buying process at the regional chain of clothing stores his family operated. It was on the sales floor that Erik developed his passion for shopping behaviors and became inspired to understand how brands engage with customers.

After earning a BS in Marketing at Penn State and an MBA from the University of Maryland, Erik gained diverse experience by working for one of the world’s premier consumer products companies, PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. Erik succeeded by turning ideas into a reality in the salty snack category and leading the creation and execution of campaigns for Ruffles and Tostitos. During his tenure on these brands, his team’s exceptional program results were recognized by winning various marketing awards including; a Gold Reggie, Effie and PRO.

Erik’s expertise is evident from his successful history working with the top tier brands and clients: Subway, Six Star, Hydroxycut, MuscleTech, Craftsman, Die Hard, Lucky Leaf, Sheets, Luster and Black & Decker. FUEL Partnerships thrives due to Erik’s ability to create Retail programs that leverage partnerships, sponsorships and promotions to drive consumer engagement and sales. His passion and proficiency for winning at retail has come to life with top-selling retailers including: Walmart, Target, Walgreens, GNC, CVS, Sam’s Club, Costco, Dollar General, 7-Eleven, Circle K and Publix.

Erik effectively creates shopper marketing programs designed to drive consumer awareness and motivate today’s consumer to transact. During program execution, he often works with high-profile sports, Athletes, and celebrities. Some of his prior projects included partnerships with Lebron James, Serena Williams, Pitbull, Sean Lowe, Russell Westbrook, Rob Gronkowski, the NFL, NASCAR, NCAA and many others.

Matt Custage

Prior to his current position, Matt developed his skills in finance, marketing and public relations through positions with multi-national companies such as Burger King Corporation and Tyco International. In addition to his corporate experience, Matt has launched and operated several start-up ventures, most recently a non-traditional out-of-home marketing firm, which executed branding and promotional campaigns for both early stage and well established retailers. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Miami School of Business.

Justin Stephens

Justin is an Oklahoma native (and a diehard Sooner fan), and earned his undergraduate degree from St. Gregory’s University and MBA from Oklahoma City University. Justin brings a diverse and unique skill set driven by 15 years of brand and product marketing, category management and agency experience. He gained broad retail marketing experience while working at AdvancePierre Foods, when he launched multiple new brands into the grocery and mass channel, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco,, Publix, Kroger, Food Lion, and more. Justin also brings specific Walmart knowledge from his work with General Electric, Lipton, Ben & Jerry’s, Breyer’s, Wish-Bone among others. Justin has developed and executed large-scale partnership programs and retailtainment events, with the sole purpose of getting products in the shopper’s baskets.

David Berke joined FUEL after a successful career in operation at an experiential marketing company. David worked with major brands to create and manage unique and effective campaigns that helped drive consumers to retail and increase sales. Prior to his experiential marketing career, David spent 14 years in finance with Wells Fargo. David brings great ideation skills and a strong customer service and operations background to the FUEL team.

Brittany recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She worked as a Brand Ambassador throughout her college career where she gained experience with branding, event planning, and field marketing.Brittany is excited to bring her background in advertising, public relations, promotions, and sales to the FUEL team! In her free time, Brittany enjoys traveling and trying new things. She loves to snowboard, scuba dive, and play beach volleyball.

Jansen recently graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arkansas’ Walton Honors College with a degree in Marketing. He joins the FUEL team full time after interning at the Rogers office during his last semester in school, and will bring innovative ideas to the FUEL team regarding the millennial target. Jansen has experience with event management and sponsorship activation through his internship with Kick It 3v3, where he traveled the US and ran 3v3 soccer tournaments. A native Texan, Jansen is a “die hard” Dallas Cowboys and Stars fan and enjoys playing ice hockey, soccer, and ultimate Frisbee.

Nick comes to FUEL with a degree in marketing from Iona College and over 6 years of marketing and e-commerce experience with various footwear and fashion brands, such as Born, b.o.c., Kork-Ease and Brooklyn Boot Company. His expertise spans the areas of in-store programming, national advertising campaigns and launching new brands from inception to in-market activation. He recently moved to South Florida from the Northeast, and is excited to join the FUEL family.

Cory brings her background as a lawyer and former business owner to the agency. Before joining FUEL Partnerships, Cory spent several years designing corporate tax structures for her international clients. She also has experience in the field of finance and accounting as a consultant in the Audit Department at Deloitte & Touche LLP. As a retail business owner, Cory managed all aspects of buying, merchandising, sales, marketing and public relations. Cory’s diverse skill set allows her to connect the dots between FUEL’s operations and creative ideas. Her role at FUEL is to drive organizational efficiency and meet the expectations & needs of its clients.
